Fn.ArcTan
Returns the arctangent of a given value.
Syntax
Fn.ArcTan(X:RAT):RAT
Description
This function returns the arctangent of X rounded to the current
global accuracy.
@param X Value of which to compute the arctangent.
@return The arctangent of X rounded to the current global accuracy.
