diffalg.Class

Return the class of a given derivative.

Syntax

$diffalg.Class(X:INDET):INT

Description

The function Class returns the class of derivative X, i.e., the index of the differential indeterminate of which it is a derivative.

Example

Use Q[x[1..2,0..20]];
$diffalg.Class(x[1,8]);
